Returns and Exchanges
All of our products are covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee. So if you are unhappy with any of our products, we will offer a full refund (excluding delivery charges) for any items that are returned to us in their original unspoilt resalable condition within 30 days.
Returns via Post
To organise a return for all or part of your order, email email@example.com. We will issue you with a returns reference and help you to arrange the return of the goods to our Airsac depot.
Please ensure you include your order number details with the package to ensure we can correctly match your parcel.
We strongly recommend that you send your package via Royal Mail. Please obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for returned goods that do not arrive. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return.
Collection of your goods to be returned can be organised by us. Please contact us to organise and pay for the collection.
Whichever method you choose, please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us. We aim to attend to all returns within 24 hours. On receipt of the goods we will issue a credit, exchange or refund to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition.
